Not sure if anyone is interested but if you go to Gamespot UK you can sign up to the Beta for Bizarre Creations' next game BLUR (taking on the Project Gotham Racing mantle). I've registered and have my code so I can access the beta test from 8th March - thought this is something that Trem might go for (or Fluff, cos you get 48 hours access to LIVE for free Fluff if you sign up)

Spent 3 hours or so on Blur last night. It's not half bad either. Think Project Gotham Racing with Wipout style-weapons. The game that it reminds me of most is Speed Devils on the Dreamcast - and I really enjoyed that! It's by Bizarre Creations, so the Project Gotham similarities were always going to be there, but it is more of an arcade racer than a serious one.
20 players on-line simultaneously with no lag whatsoever, the A class cars go at stupidmph and you can hold up to 3 power-ups/weapons at the same time, meaning you can use some tactics to knack fellow racers. There are multiple routes through each course (short cuts, big jumps etc.) and it looks good (though not as good as PGR, but what has been sacrificed visually has been used for speed and no-doubt the ability to have 20 players racign at the same time with no lag.

Anyone want a key for the Beta test. I've been sent 3 to give to friends. It's well worth downloading if you enjoyed Speed Devils; PGR; Wipout or Burnout as it's got elements of each. I think Blur has the potential to be THE 360 racing game that we would all enjoy playing together

You will love it Gunner (and everyone else here) its right up your street, its like a gamers version of Catchphrase with great artwork. |

thanks for the offer gunner but its not really my type of racing game.i prefer the normal forza type racing games  fluff.im almost sure u will need a gold membership to play the beta online |

They give you a 48 hour code for gold. It's fun, much more my thing. I like the Burnout series so this is a good little game for me.

I know what you are saying Trem, it's not a serious racer. It is a racer that would be really good with friends on-line though. It's more linear than something like, say Midtown Madness, but if you enjoyed CARVE on-line, you will probably like this.
